VyManga - Read Manga Online For Free

Trying to find one I read forever ago

I don't remember if it was a manga or manhwa but it was a psychological story. The main guy wakes up in what looks to be a hospital bed in unfamiliar place. Said place happens to be on a remote island. Find out he was kidnapped by another guy who is either his best friend or lover (can't remember.) said kidnapper had messed with his memories to erase something bad that had happened between them. Had done it a few times.

Like I said it was a psychological one for like an older crowd (16+ or 18+) Any help would be great! I never got to finish the story cuz the computer I read it on died and I forgot to save the site to my bookmarks.
